This is truly a one of kind pizzeria that specializes in Neapolitan-style with its thin crust, offering up 3 different sauces for the base plus loads of toppings. There are set dishes and pizzas that offer people the simplicity of ordering and eating, and then there is a build-your-own option for the pizzas, salads and calzones which I love and I am sure many others do as well. The base pizza which is the Margherita Pizza starts out at $8.95 which is quite inexpensive for quality ingredients such as what you would find here.
Mixed Greens Salad
I have been in for several visits since opening, I have had the Mixed Greens Salad ($7.95) served in a large bowl with Tomatoes, Diced Red Onions, Fire Roasted Mushrooms, Peppers, topped with Fresh Pineapple and Fruit Vinaigrette.

Build your own Pizza
I tried a few pizzas, including the Margherita Pizza ($8.95), along with the Quattro Formaggi Pizza ($10.95) which was loaded with sevceral different cheeses on a olive oil base; and a Build your own Pizza which I had with basil pesto sauce, topped with sundried tomatoes, fior di latte, chicken and caramelized onions; the combinations are endless with the build your own option.
Build your own Calzone
I have had a Build your own Calzone which I had with basil pesto, mushrooms, fior di latte, mozzarella and caramelized onions; a combination that I loved, this build your own is a great idea, especially if you have ingredient dislikes or allergies, you have so many choices here.
S’mores Calzone
I also tried one of their dessert calzones, the S’mores Calzone ($5.95) that features Nutella and marshmallow, it was truly a shareble and not one that you would want to take to go to try and warm-up at home, this is a must eat at the table.
In addition to the pizzas, salads and calzones, you will also find soups, a full espresso bar as well as a selection of combos that come with or without a drink, plus there is a kids meal option as well.
