Sundae Challenge Winners 2016

The Vancouver Foodster Sundae Challenge was a huge success featuring 8 sundae creations from restaurants around Vancouver. Each restaurant featured their sundae creation from August 4-28, 2016. Our media judging panel determined the ultimate winners of the challenge, and this was quite the task as each judge who tasted each creation with a rigorous process based on taste, originality/uniqueness and presentation/appearance.

Our Media judges for this challenge were: Areta Wong, Bethany Ho and Lammie Cheng.

Filipino purple yam has a very unique flavour and beautiful lavender colour. Every single sundae is freshly made in front of the customers on a flash freezer into ice cream rolls.
