One of the many talented bartenders participating in this unique event is Mixologist Giancarlo Jesus (The Diamond bar), this year’s Bacardi Legacy Cocktail champion he made this El Ritmo nitro cocktail with Bacardi. Trevor Kallies (Bar and Beverage Director at the Donnelly Group) made this cocktail for me to sample during the preview event I attended which I loved.

Science of Cocktails is the ultimate cocktail event where guests will celebrate the artistry behind the mixology and science behind the craft. Guests will take an in-depth, hands-on look at the physics, chemistry, and biology of cocktails, and engage in an exploration of their favourite drinks in ways that they have never experienced before.

The event boasts uniquely crafted libations from local award-winning bartenders, 25 bar/beverage stations sponsored by name brand spirits, along with mouth-watering food pairings from Railtown Catering.

General tickets include complimentary cocktails and gourmet hors d oeuvres throughout the evening, plus access to a variety of special cocktail science activities, demos and programming.

This is a fundraising event in support of Science World’s class field trip program for under-served schools. Buy your tickets here.
