Making Holiday Cocktails at Liberty Distillery

At local Liberty Distillery on Granville Island they wish to celebrate and pay homage to the old traditions, and their spirits are fermented and distilled onsite following exacting recipes. Each batch is meticulously controlled in each step from the fermentation of their selected grains to the triple distillation process in their handmade copper stills.
