Making Holiday Cocktails at Liberty Distillery

At local Liberty Distillery on Granville Island they wish to celebrate and pay homage to the old traditions, and their spirits are fermented and distilled onsite following exacting recipes. Each batch is meticulously controlled in each step from the fermentation of their selected grains to the triple distillation process in their handmade copper stills.

The Last Spike with Railspur No 3 bourbon barrel aged barley spirit, lemon juice, Canadian maple syrup, cinnamon tincture topped with fever tree ginger ale.

The Mascot cocktail made with the Endeavour Old Tom Gin, cloudy apple juice, black currant cordial syrup, garnished with macerated cranberry and Leon zest with a cinnamon stir stick.
