C Prime, New Chef, New Dishes

Visited last week to taste a selection of new dishes from new Executive Chef Bruce Wood’s fall menu.

1st dish:

2nd dish:

Duck Confit Ravioli with porcini mushrooms, Marsala Demi and a spot of truffle, rich, hearty and delicious!

3rd dish:

Lobster Florentine

Lobster Florentine

Lobster Florentine properly prepared with potatoes, mushrooms and tomatoes in a rich lobster jus,  flavourful and beautiful plating.

4th dish:

Beef Striploin

Beef Striploin

Perfectly prepared Beef Striploin garnished with onions and tomatoes.

5th dish:

Tiramisu Bombe and Mascarpone Gelato

Tiramisu Bombe and Mascarpone Gelato

Tiramisu Bombe and Mascarpone Gelato on a bed of chocolate cookie crumble by Pastry Chef Andrea Fletcher, and I loved both.
