With a focus on using sous-vide and compressing cooking techniques, chef/owner Scott Lesco is using this to his advantage offering customers delicious foods packed with flavours. I had the opportunity to try his juicy and crispy Fried Chicken ($10.00) with fries and coleslaw; as well as the Greens Salad that features compressed radishes, heirloom tomatoes and a dressing that includes caraway. His truck menu also features a Beef Burger to round out the food offerings, keeping it simple and delicious.
This is a food truck that entertains with flavourful dishes and great service. Follow them and seek them out if anything for their Fried Chicken.
