Exploring Filipino food at Max’s Restaurant

Last week I joined other media friends for a feast of Filipino dishes tasting our way through the many different offerings of Max’s Restaurant. The restaurant opened in Vancouver in 2012 and is currently one of four locations in Canada, the company was founded in the Philippines. I have experienced Filipino Cuisine in other restaurants over the years. Max’s is another great spot to experience and enjoy their cuisine and flavours.
