On April 19 I attended this wonderful celebration of the Cherry Blossoms and a wonderful evening held at Tojo’s Restaurant.
Featuring dishes from chefs at Tojo’s Restaurant, featuring sensational Japanese cuisine created by Tojo’s Restaurant, Zen Japanese Restaurant, Hapa Izakaya, The RawBar at Fairmont Pacific Rim, Miku Restaurant as well as Zakkushi and Bella Gelateria.
Linda Poole, Executive Director of the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival welcomed everyone, this was a fabulous event to celebrate the blossoms and spring.
