Tea Gastronomy Experience during Dine Out 2015

I had an opportunity to preview the 8-Course Tasting & Pairing Menu at The Urban Tea Merchant a few days ago. Known for their vast collection of TWG Tea along with their food pairings, this event mixes both into an event which will be long remembered.  Executive Chef Nathan Wright has created a delicious array of dishes using selected teas in each and he has done an exceptional job in doing so.

Enjoy a unique evening at The Urban Tea Merchant with a special event created especially for Dine OutTM Vancouver Festival guests. Tea is woven into every aspect of the Tasting Menu. This fine experience takes place on several dates during this year’s Dine Out Festival, dates include January 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 and 31; and there are 2 seatings each day at either 5pm or 7pm.
