Classic Dishes at Bistro Pastis

IMG_0744

John Blakeley has been serving classic French bistro fare for over 15 years. Executive Chef, Spencer Watts continues creating dishes with French techniques that are perfectly executed. The restaurant is named after Pastis of which the restaurant carries an extensive selection and this make for the perfect pre-dinner drink.  Another favourite on the bar is Absinthe, an anise-flavoured spirit derived from botanicals, here Proprietor John Blakeley talks Absinthe

Sitting at the table we are served many of these classic dishes paired with fine French wines, these were some of my favourite dishes.
