Wild Sweets by Dominique & Cindy Duby recently launched a premium desserts selection that combine their chocolate with crème brulee, chocolate mousse and other fine elements. The desserts can be ordered online through their website for pickup at their Richmond based micro-store.
I have tried most of their creations in this line, my personal favourites were the BTB Madeleine Cake Verrine, BTB Brownie Cake Verrine, BTB Carrot Cake Verrine, Tarte Macaron – Banana Macadamia and the Tarte Macaron – Chestnut Pear.
Wild Sweets luxurious range of products are unique in the chocolate and dessert world. Many of their delicious desserts range in price from $3.99 for the Tarte Macaron to $5.25 for the Verrine’s; are inspired from time-honoured recipes taken from their third cookbook, Definitive Kitchen Classic: Crème Brûlée, published in 2008, and now a best seller.
Offering a limited-selection of premium desserts on Saturdays, The Atelier is a novel, art-gallery-inspired extension of Wild Sweet’s haute couture chocolate virtual boutique. All the desserts, cakes and other products are completed on the morning of the pickup for maximum freshness. Every desert represents a piece of artwork made with theatrically acclaimed recipes.
