I was invited to taste some of their new dishes and pizzas which were recently added to the menu.
Ricotta Gnudi with eggplant caponata
The Catalan Pizza topped with roasted gala apples, spiced raisins, toasted pine nuts, sautéed spinach, roasted peppers, shaved grana padana and a romesco sauce
Don Andreas Pizza with roasted chicken, corn, avocado, chipotle salsa and a kick of Valentina hot sauce
The Verde Pizza with sautéed kale, caramelized onions, kalamata olives
White Chocolate Panna Cotta
The Ricotta Gnudi was a great starter to share. Out of all the pizzas I tried, my favourite was The Catalan Pizza topped with roasted gala apples, spiced raisins, toasted pine nuts, sautéed spinach, roasted peppers, shaved grana padan and a romesco sauce it was delicious and flavourful. My 2nd favourite was the The Verde Pizza, great combination with the sautéed kale, caramelized onions, and kalamata olives and quite different than the Catalan. I am not usually a PannaCotta fan, however their version was delicious and light.
