On May 1st it was the night to celebrate this years version of Dish ‘n Dazzle at The Pan Pacific, this was the 5thannual food and wine celebration raising money for the BC Hospitality Foundation. This year there were 6 bartenders making signature cocktails. Arthur Wynne of UVA Wine and Cocktail bar, who is known for his well thought creative cocktails made up a very unique creation that was garnished with a fiddlehead, the cocktail was the “Hanga i te Karepe, me te honi” featuring Hennessy.

New Zealand wines were the featured area in this years event with about 25 wineries pouring their latest.

14 different restaurants were on hand to present a feature dish, some of the unique selections included a Smoked Lamb Salpicon Ravioli (Cafe Pacifica), Ginger and orange dressed Albacore Tuna (The Bon Vivant Group), Pacific Provider Salmon Tataki (Forage), Down Under Fruit Pavlova Crisp (Cafe Pacifica) and Sweet Taste of New Zealand (Bistro 101).
