Advice: Sharing dishes is the way to go here.
Known for their changing share plates, this restaurant with an up close view of the nearby marina and Granville Island will have you yearning for that window seat. My friend and fellow blogger Sean Neild joined me to share some dishes. We started off with the tasty homemade Hummus ($6) with herb baked pita followed by the outstanding Pipita Prawns and Scallops ($13.50) with strawberry chutney – pumpkin seed crusted, citrus vinaigrette, balsamic drizzle. Next it was the delicious and tender, Moroccan Braised Lamb with 25 Spices ($13.50) mulled wine poached pear stuffed with Gruyere cheese and walnuts, glazed apricots, glazed prunes, caramelized figs and 25 spice jus. We added one of the sides to go with the meal and loved the Cauliflower Au-Gratin ($5) in a béchamel sauce.
We finished off with Dessert trio platter featuring an Apple Caramel Cheesecake, Blueberry Cheesecake and Hazelnut Gelato.
