2858 Main Street, Vancouver
Advice: Not advisable for large parties as seating is limited, they offer a full catering service as well.
It’s as if I was back in the South of France as I stepped in to this lovely café in East Van. The décor is French country style by the seaside if that is away to coin it, you can sit outside on a sunny day or inside or take a seat in the side nook. This was the locale for one of our Breakfast Club adventures in to Mount Pleasant, for Alejandro Escobell, Alexei Schwartzman, Jason Sanders and I this was our first time in for Brunch. I had the delicious Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Banana Toast ($11), Alejandro and Alexei both loved the Wild Berry Pancake Bombs ($10) and Jason enjoyed his Eggs Benny ($11). Presentation is key here and Alejandro’s Mint Tea looked beautiful.
You will find a nice line-up of breakfast and brunch selections which offer a French flair, they also have a pastry case that’s filled with all sorts of goodies along with a full espresso bar. I can’t wait to return to try the Orange infused Nutella “Adult” Pop Tart.
