Some would call it the amazing race and others could all it the amazing race to try some of the best Chicken Karaage in the city. I finally had an opportunity to try Chef Yuji’s outstanding Japanese inspired street food. I had the outstanding Chicken Karaage ($7.50) that had the perfect crunch on the outside and tender flavourful chicken on the inside, with a sweet and tangy sauce and a slight kick. I also had their vegetarian Kabocha Korokke Sandwich ($8) which is Japanese squash croquette in a sandwich that also had a delicious katsu sauce and avocado. This is a food truck that entertains with flavourful dishes and great service. Follow them and seek them out if anything for their chicken Karaage.
