Last night I celebrated with Brent Kyle and Tammy Siu who are the husband and wife co-owners of Catch 122 located at the outer edge of Gastown in downtown Vancouver. The restaurant serves rustic French-inspired food in a comfortable casual setting where the specialize in roasting all of their own meat and making most of their own charcuterie in-house.

I ate my way through the delicious Scallops with Potatoes, Zucchini Blossoms, Mini Reuben, Duck Confit Poutine, Beef Tenderloin, house made Chorizo, and Strawberry Shortcake in a jar for dessert!

Guests also enjoyed wine, beer and cocktails and a dj spinning some great music throughout the evening.
