Known for Chef Bongo’s flavourful dishes such as his African Chicken Peanut Soup, Chef Bongo is also quickly becoming known for his immaculate desserts. A real crowd pleaser, Chef Bongo’s Unbaked Mascarpone Cheesecake is already a hit and worthy of your tasting. I have had the pleasure to taste several of their dishes on my last visit and am looking forward to their participation in our Tasting Plates Kitsilano event on September 12^th.
