On Sunday June 5th I attended the 1st Anniversary Party at Adesso Bistro where proprietors Carol Gadsby and Luciano Loi greeted guests. Both white and red wine was poured as guests mingled and lounged on the outside patio.
Delicious Ligurian fare was served, Canapes created by Nicolas Hipperson Sous Chef and his team were passed around, my favourites were the Chick Pea topped Bruschetta rounds and the Beet and Goat Cheese Salad as well as the Sundried Tomato topped Risotto balls.
