French Truffle Bun
It is all about the buns at Bonchaz, I was curious what a baked milk bun was all about and had to try it. With 3 flavours that include the Original ($1.25) with sea salt, Banana Walnut ($1.50) filled with bananas and walnuts; and the French Truffle ($1.75) filled with chocolate which was my favourite. These are described as coffee buns which are oven baked topped with a crisp golden crust and a hint of fresh ground coffee and these buns originate in Mexico. In addition to the buns they have Ethical Bean Coffee, sandwiches and soups. This café is spacious with some tables and chairs for eating and lounging.
