Lunchbox A

Lunchbox A

Finding a sushi place in the city is as easy as pie, but finding an awesome and creative place for fresh sushi is harder to come by in certain areas. Zipang is one of those creative places where being inventive works and is worth your discovery. The menu features a large selection of appetizers such as their Agedashi Tofu ($3.25) and the Ebi Mayo ($5.95) along with salads, tempura, sashimi, sushi, noodle dishes and donburi. For something unique try the Deep Panko Frys (Japanese style frys), you may also want to try one of their other unique dishes such as the Takoyaki (Octopus balls) or the Mini Okonomi Yaki (Japanese pizza). One of my favourite sushi rolls is the Paradise Roll ($7.50) made with mayo, mango and salmon. On my most recent lunchtime visit I had their Lunchbox A special ($7.95) miso soup, green salad, rice, California roll, and assorted tempura. Inside it is modern though fairly small, this is a great place to go with a friend.
