Solomon Seigel is the Bartender at his own place called Solomon’s in Victoria. On August 17^th, he was the only participant from Victoria to compete in the Mixologist Competition.

1 part Bulleit bourbon

a bar spoon of lavender jelly

two parts pale ale.
