I have been going to this restaurant ever since they opened in downtown Vancouver and years later it is still my favorite for Thai. On a recent visit I had their Pad Thai ($15) Pan-fried thai rice noodles, in tamarind sauce with shrimps, eggs, tofu, green onions, bean sprouts, and ground peanuts. I also had the Chicken Swimming Angels ($15) with Broccoli (instead of spinach, just ask for it as it is not on the menu), sliced sauteed chicken and homemade peanut sauce (delicious sauce). They offer a lot of tasty dishes on their lunch and dinner menus, try one of the Chef Creations, Gaeng Lobster ($19) which is a lobster tail in red or green curry, broccoli, bell peppers topped with thai basil. The Chef/Owner is Grace Rerksuttisiridach, she is passionate and creative with her cooking, the service here is wonderful as well.
